Shipment and delivery

What happens after you place your order?

After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email detailing the items you've purchased. We’ll then get started on gathering and preparing your items for shipment. Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking code, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery.

I’ve ordered a bike - what happens next?
WAREHOUSE

Once you’ve placed your order, it’s sent to our warehouse in Rotterdam, Netherlands, where your bike is picked and prepared for shipment to our workshop. Generally, this takes 1-2 working days, depending on how busy it is.

WORKSHOP

Once the bike (and accessories) is delivered to the workshop, it is scheduled to be assembled. In our workshop, our expert mechanics assemble the bike, making sure everything runs smoothly.

SHIPPING

We ship your bike from our warehouse in Rotterdam, Netherlands, to BSUK, a central bike service point in the UK. This partnership ensures that your bike travels securely across borders. BSUK coordinates final delivery details with you, helping to schedule a convenient delivery time.

DELIVERY

BSUK will reach out to you directly to arrange the final delivery. It currently takes about 7-10 business days before it will be delivered to your home. If your bike is being delivered to your home, you only need to assemble the handlebars, front wheel and pedals yourself. And then your cycling adventure begins!

When will my order be shipped?

Parts and accessories
Have you placed your order on a working day before 16:00? Then your order will be shipped the same day! If you order after 16:00 or on weekends and public holidays, your order will be shipped the next working day.

Have you ordered a bicycle?
Then it currently takes around 7-10 business days for it to be delivered to your home.

What are the shipping costs?

Parts and accessories
For all orders with a total order amount below £50,- we charge shipping costs of £5.99. Orders of £50,- or more will be shipped free of charge.

Bicycles
Delivery is free.

How will I receive my bicycle?

The bicycle will be delivered in a box. You have to attach the handlebars, the pedals and the front wheel.

Can I also pick up my order in the store?

No. Orders placed through the webshop cannot be picked up in the store.

Returns

How can I return my order?

Clothing, accessories, parts
Are one or more products not to your liking? You can return them to us within 28 days.

Currently we do not offer free turns

How can I return?

  1. Fill out the return form that you received with your order. If you've lost it, you can download the form here!
  2. Place the return form in the box, along with the items you wish to return.
  3. Send the box to our return address, which can be found on the return form.
  4. Once we've processed your return, we'll refund the money to your account. Please allow a total processing time of 5 working days.

Bicycles
You may return your bicycle up to 14 days after receiving the bike. If you wish to return a bicycle, please contact our customer service at info@cubestores.co.uk.

What are the return conditions for clothing, accessories, parts?
  • You may return your order up to 28 days after receipt.
  • The products are unused, undamaged, and complete.
  • The products are in the original packaging, where possible.
What are the return conditions for bicycles?
  • You may return your bicycle up to 14 days after receipt.
  • The bicycle is clean.
  • The bicycle is undamaged.
  • The bicycle is complete (all included items are present).
  • The bicycle has been ridden a maximum of 5 km.

For electric bicycles only: the battery and charger are present and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging.

If the bicycle no longer meets the above conditions, a depreciation charge may be applied. You are only liable for the depreciation of the bicycle if it has been used more than necessary to assess its characteristics and operation.

Warranty

How long do I have warranty?

The following warranty periods apply to all CUBE bikes from model year 2012 onwards:

  • Aluminum frames and forks: 6 years
  • Carbon frames and front forks: 3 years
  • Downhill frames: 2 years
  • Bosch engines and batteries: 2 years
  • Other parts: 2 years
How does a repair request work for an online order?

Having a problem with a bike you bought at cubestores.co.uk? Let us know! Contact our customer service. We'll try to help you remotely first, or refer you to a CUBE Store or dealer. In some cases we'll pick up the bike and fix the problem in our workshop.
