Shipment & Delivery
I have placed an order, now what?
After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail containing an overview of the items you have ordered. We will then start to collect the ordered items and prepare them for shipment. You will receive an e-mail from us as soon as your order is shipped with a track and trace code so you can follow the shipment.
When will my order be shipped?
Have you placed your order on a business day before 17:00? Then your order will be shipped the same day! If you order after 5 p.m. or on weekends and holidays, your order will be shipped the next business day. Have you ordered a bicycle? Then it currently takes about 7-10 business days before it will be delivered to your home.
Can I also pick up my order in the store?
Orders placed through the webshop cannot be picked up in the store. Would you like to pick up and pay for item(s) in the store? Check if the item is available in the store and contact us or come by!

Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you can also place an order as a guest. However, creating an account does offer advantages such as viewing your order history, easily managing your details and faster ordering as your details are already known to us. Would you like to create an account?
