CUBE PHENIX: LIGHTWEIGHT CROSSCOUNTRY HARDTAIL MOUNTAIN BIKE

DISCOVER THE NEW LIGHTWEIGHT CROSSCOUNTRY HARDTAIL FROM CUBE

For marathon riding, nothing beats a lightweight hardtail. That's why CUBE is introducing a brand-new line of top-of-the-line lightweight cross-country hardtails that are sleek, slim, and incredibly light. No cross-country hardtail can match our new Phenix C:68X. Featuring an adjustable head tube angle for maximum versatility and a handlebar with an integrated stem for maximum efficiency.

Thanks to its adjustable head tube angle, this bike offers maximum versatility, while the handlebars with integrated stem deliver unparalleled efficiency. If you're looking for ultimate speed, this race-ready hardtail is exactly what you need.

Our expertise in crafting fast cross-country frames is extensive, but with the Phenix C:68X, we've raised the bar even higher. Crafted from our high-end C:68X carbon fiber, this frame weighs less than 900 grams and offers exceptional strength and comfort. We also integrated the seatpost clamp into the seat tube for a streamlined look.

The bike is equipped with the latest technology in derailleurs: the UDH. This system makes it possible to equip the bike with the latest SRAM XX and SRAM XO derailleurs. This makes the bike not only beautiful, but also extremely robust, with a minimal chance of a broken rear dropout.

CUSTOMIZABLE GEOMETRY THROUGH ADJUSTABLE HEAD ANGLE

CUBE is known for avoiding extremes, especially when it comes to bike geometry. This approach aligns perfectly with its goal of appealing to the broadest possible target audience. CUBE also maintains a balanced geometry for the 2025 Phenix. This new cross-country hardtail is offered in four frame sizes, with modern, standard reach and stack. A seat tube angle of over 74 degrees provides a fairly upright riding position, while the standard fork angle is 68.6 degrees.

What makes this bike truly unique is the standard, adjustable Acros headset bearing set. While the exact amount of adjustment isn't yet fully defined, it's expected to be between 0.4 and 0.6 degrees. Adjustment may also vary by frame size. This adjustable geometry allows you to perfectly tune the bike to your personal preferences, whether you prefer a race-ready position or a more relaxed riding position.

EXPLORE THE CUBE PHENIX C:68X SERIES

The new Phenix C:68X is available in two versions: the SLX and the SLT. The Phenix C:68X SLX comes standard in the familiar CUBE team colors. The Phenix C:68X SLT is available in both the team colors and the striking " liquid lava/black " color.

CUBE PHENIX C:68X SLX

If you want to get from A to B as quickly as possible off-road, you need reliable components. That's why you'll find Sram's electronic X0 Eagle Transmission drivetrain on the Phenix C:68X SLX . It not only shifts flawlessly but also offers a range of 520 percent. A RockShox SID SL Ultimate fork, lightweight Newmen Advanced SL XA30 wheels and fast Schwalbe tires with super-light Aerothan tubes guarantee speed, control and comfort. An integrated carbon handlebar/stem combination keeps the weight down. The MT8 Pro brakes from Magura also weigh almost nothing, but still excel in effective deceleration.

CUBE PHENIX C:68X SLT

Our product managers had complete freedom when choosing the components. That's why the Phenix C:68X SLT is equipped with only the very best. Like the extremely precise XX SL Eagle Transmission groupset from Sram. The Phase 30 wheels from Newmen are also next level: thanks to carbon spokes, they weigh only 1,150 grams per set, while they can handle a maximum system weight of 130 kilos. This guarantees lightning-fast acceleration without worrying about reliability. The new Fox 32 SC Float Factory SL fork with inverted bridge is another highlight; it doesn't get any lighter than this. The same goes for the Magura MT8 SL disc brakes. Thanks to the 180 mm brake rotor at the front, these brakes offer plenty of stopping power despite their lightweight carbon construction.
