Transporting loads or children from door to door in the city just got a little easier. CUBE presents a new, innovative cargo bike concept: the Longtail Hybrid. This new series of compact cargo bikes with an extra-long rear rack is an impressively versatile addition to CUBE's mobility offering.
With a range of accessories for carrying children, groceries, or cargo, the rear rack can be adapted to different needs. The Longtail Hybrid promises exceptional flexibility and offers a new solution for a new era of urban mobility.
VERSATILITY FOR EVERY DAY
A family outing, everyday use, bike rides – the Longtail Hybrid Can be used for anything. Inspired by the classic trekking bike, but equipped with a stable, elongated rear rack, the compact CUBE cargo bike takes cargo carrying to the next level. Carry up to two children, a 40 x 60 cm Euro box, or generously sized suitcases on the sturdy rear rack with suspension system. The rack has a maximum load capacity of 40 kg (88 lbs) and 10 kg (22 lbs) on each side, for a total of 60 kg (132 lbs). You can also upgrade with a front rack to add another 20 kg (44 lbs) of payload.
A lockable storage compartment with flexible pockets in the downtube keeps valuables safely locked away. The downtube also accommodates a compatible rear rack with two mounting points. With its compact wheelbase and 26-inch wheels, the Longtail Hybrid offers the confident handling and comfort of a regular e-bike. Adjustability is easy thanks to CUBE's ONE SIZE Concept, featuring a telescopic seatpost and height-adjustable Speedlifter stem that fit a wide range of riders from 1.60 to 1.90 m (5'3" to 6'3"), allowing virtually anyone to ride with confidence.

The Bosch-powered, space-saving cargo bike is available in two different options, each in two color schemes. The powerful Bosch CX Line motor and fourth-generation 725 Wh battery pack work together with an easy-to-use, continuously variable hub gear system to make every city trip a breeze.
EASILY CUSTOMIZABLE WITH OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES
With its range of optional accessories, the Longtail Hybrid is a modular cargo bike that flexibly adapts to virtually any rider and fits seamlessly into any lifestyle. The padded bench seat comfortably seats one or two children. Alternatively, the rear rack is compatible with conventional child seats to safely transport children too small to sit on the bench seat. A side protector keeps feet and pant legs away from the spokes. Wooden footboards can be used as footrests for children or as a platform for carrying parcels. A rail securely holds a Euro box or other larger items or doubles as a handrail for children.
The matching pannier set, with 45 liters of capacity on each side, offers additional space for packing groceries or touring gear. CUBE has also designed a proprietary interface that allows the installation of an additional front rack with room for a 30x40 cm Euro box or a bag.
