CUBE integrates this comprehensive and sporty ecosystem into the new 2025 model year. The new system is used in the Kathmandu Hybrid, Reaction Hybrid, and Stereo Hybrid series.

The new Bosch Performance Line CX motor gives CUBE e-bikes the perfect blend of power, dynamism, efficiency, and range. With 85 Nm of torque, 600 watts of power, and support of up to 340%, the motor delivers smooth starts on steep paths and controlled corner exits, delivering a seamless riding experience. Riders can customize various modes via the e-bike Flow app for personalized performance.
The motor's dynamic response is thanks to advanced sensor technology that measures pedal input more than 1,000 times per second . These sensors detect acceleration, incline, and terrain, allowing the motor to adjust its power output accordingly. This ensures you always get the right support, whether it's short bursts of power or gradual, consistent assistance on longer rides.
Quiet and lightweight
The new Bosch Performance Line CX motor is the powerful heart of the new CUBE e-bikes. Bosch has optimized the motor to reduce noise without compromising power and efficiency. By decoupling the external drive system from the internal motor during descents, mechanical noise is minimized, allowing riders to focus on the trail and enjoy a natural, engaging riding experience.
Weighing 100 grams lighter than its predecessor, the motor remains robust, thanks to a magnesium housing that withstands harsh conditions. A black powder coating protects the motor from damage, ensuring a long service life in challenging environments.
