From super light weight XC to seriously tough enduro usage, the Phase wheels take every challenge with ease and will catapult you agilely over the trails.
Like all our wheels, the Phase wheels are approved for e-bike use without restrictions. The rim tape is fitted and a tubeless kit is included in the box - ready to go!
THE RIM
The best carbon rims we have ever built.
A modern inner width of 30mm, super impact-resistant outer shape and an highly sophisticated carbon layup. Thanks to the flat rim profile, these hookless rims generate a ton of grip when combined with modern MTB tires.
We believe, that there is the perfect wheel for every riding style and follow the concept,low weight in the front, high durability in the back. This is why we have developed three versions of the Phase rim: light, base and strong. While the rim profile stays
the same, the wall thickness changes. For example, if you are giving it all on rough endurotracks, we would recommend a Phase base front wheel combined with a Phase strong back wheel.
As with all our NEWMEN carbon rims, we also grant a lifetime 50% crash replacement on the Phase 30 Lineup - even for second or third owners.
THE SPOKES
VONOA or classic steel? With Phase wheels you get to choose.
Yepp, you can get these wheels with VONOA spokes. It doesn´t get much lighter: 2,8g per spoke.
In total, we are able to save 40% weight while being 30% stiffer compared to conventionalspokes. This allows us to build the Phase wheels with only 24 spokes, creating the perfect balance between stiffness and comfort. At the same time, VONOA spokes are just as easy to replace and service as conventional spokes.
As impressive as the VONOA spokes are, of course we have only selected the best steel spokes for our Phase wheels. Using high-end Sapim spokes in different diameters according to the intended use. These are spokes are spokes you can rely on.
THE HUB
Reliable, light and silent.Three pawls, a newly designed tooth profile and the large diameter of the freewheel are working perfectly together to give you a smooth and silent ride.
More material at the critical points enhances security and durability. We are so convinced of our new FADE hub generation that we have approved all FADE MTB hubs for E-MTB use without exception.
If you choose VONOA spokes in your Phase wheels, you will have our Fade CS hub at the center of your wheel. This hub is adapted to work perfectly with the carbon spokes.
We were able to reduce the weight of the hub body even further while using the same, proven technology inside the hub.

Our top priority when designing this seat post was to incorporate flex for maximum comfort into a highly reliable, simple piece of technology. But maximum flex isn't everything. Seat posts with too much flex have two crucial disadvantages: 1. High cadences cause the rider to start bouncing 2. The lack of damping delivers an uncomfortable kickback when riding over obstacles seated. So some flex is good, but it must be controlled. And because we want to make biker's lives that little bit easier, we paid attention to the smallest details. Like using EPDM O-rings to prevent the threaded inserts in the upper clamp from falling out when loosening the bolts.

It sets a new benchmark in stem design. The NEWMEN EVOLUTION SL 318.2 is the world's lightest 3D-forged oversize stem. 3D-forged stems appeared on the market in around 2001. Super lightweight models were quick to follow and for years they were the benchmark in terms of weight. With the advent of the 31.8 mm handlebar standard, and as stem design evolved to keep pace with frame design (round stems don't fit modern frames), weights shot back up. This changed with the NEWMEN EVOLUTION SL 318.2. It keeps the modern design, uniting clean, contemporary looks with light weight, while offering outstanding stiffness, stability and durability. The CUBE ALL MOUNTAIN shoe has a classic lacing and a 45° velcro with Cube wing. The very lightweight shoe in casual shoe look has a very good ventilation due to the mesh upper. Not only has the shoe very good fitting thanks to the Natural Fit last but also a glasfiber reinforced nylon midsole. The very flexible and non-slip outsole is made of a special rubber compound which allows also managing to carry or push the bike for a longer time period.
