It's a lot more than just a great looker...Frame descriptionBeauty is more than skin deep: the Attention's sleek looks are thanks to its Smooth Welded head tube and seat tube junctions. It incorporates a threaded bottom bracket and Internal Cable Routing, plus a flat disc mount that integrates seamlessly with our kickstand mount, and integrated mounting points for ACID mudguards and carrier. Carefully thought-out geometry includes a lower top tube for more confident handling, and there's plenty of room to run wide, grippy and comfortable 2.25in tyres. Our Size Split system has an expanded range, too, so however tall you are there'll be an Attention that fits perfectly.
The idea behind the Attain Race is that it combines the speed of a semi-aero road bike with the comfort of a lightweight tourer. So, for example, we fitted Shimano's slick-shifting Tiagra 2x10 gears and matching Tiagra hydraulic disc brakes. Light and tenaciously grippy Continental Grand Prix tyres, in a comfortable 30mm width. And finished off with a lightweight carbon fork and a frame built for both comfort and speed, so you can broaden your horizons in whichever direction takes your fancy.Frame descriptionWe built the Attain's 6061 semi-aero aluminium chassis with both comfort and performance in mind. A teardrop profile down tube helps the frame slice through the air and integrated cable routing reduces clutter, while Smooth Welding gives tube joints a premium, almost organic appearance. The tapered steerer and thru axles front and rear ensure pinpoint precision accuracy and efficient power transfer. Slender seatstays and a full carbon fork help reduce road shock and vibration for significantly improved rider comfort, and there's room for tyres up to 32mm. And, with a neatly integrated seatpost clamp and mounting points under the top tube, we like to think we've thought of everything... so you can just ride.
This set works perfectly with the ACID Stem Race and includes different spacers: 2x 5 mm, 1x 10 mm and 1x 15 mm. Choose them individually and improve the ergonomics of your bike to fit perfectly to your riding style.
PLEASE NOTE: This carrier is not only mounted to the frame, but also to the mudguard! You will need the correct mudguards to be able to mount the carrier to your bike. When we set out to design the HERON, we didn't want to create just any road bike helmet. We wanted to create the ultimate road bike helmet!

After extensive wind tunnel testing, we came up with a design that directs cooling air over the entire head via deep ventilation channels yet doesn't look or feel too bulky in the process.
At only 265g, our aero helmet gives you an extra portion of speed even on long-distance rides, while providing maximum comfort.
MIPS
MULTI-DIRECTIONAL IMPACT PROTECTION SYSTEM
The Brain Protection System MIPS can be found in many CUBE Helmets.
MIPS is a low friction layer between the helmet and the head that allows a sliding movement of 10-15mm, in all directions, reducing rotational motion to the brain during impact forces.
The MIPS system is designed to provide added safety for helmets in many accidents. For certain impacts, the Mips system can reduce harmful forces that might otherwise be transferred to the user’s head.
Traditional helmets are designed for straight impacts, but most impacts are angled. The low friction layer reduces the rotational force of angled impacts.
Unlike traditional helmets, which are mainly designed and tested for straight impacts, the Mips system’s low-friction layer mimics the brain’s own protection system and is designed to protect the brain from rotational motion.
The cerebrospinal fluid is our natural protection system that allows the brain to move relative to the skull.
