With a clamp diameter of 35 mm and widths of 740 mm or 800 mm, the ACID handlebar 35.0 8° R25 is designed specifically with the needs of e-mtbs in mind. It's been tested to meet the highest standards for this category and is rated for a user weight of up to 125 kg. Made from heat treated 6061 T6 aluminium, it features a 25 mm rise, 8 degree upsweep and 8 degree backsweep for the most ergonomic riding position. THE RIM
6069 aluminium for the win!
On our quest to develop the perfect rim shape, we conducted impact tests and FEM analyses on over 30 different rim profile prototypes. This resulted in the rim profile we now use on all MTB wheels.
The 30 millimeter wide aluminium Beskar rims with their flat profile achieved the best impact resistance values in their weight classes on the test bench - both in comparison to the predecessor and the competition.
The combination of the thought through rim profile, a welded joint, and the finest aluminum results in a highly durable and yet lightweight rim that doesn´t shy away from any challenge.
We follow the principle low weight in the front, high durability in the back. This is why we developed four versions of the Beskar rim: light, base, strong and DH. While the rim profile.

Depending on the intended use, either 28 or 32 high-end Sapim spokes connect rim and hub. To give you the perfect balance between weight, durability and comfort, not only the spoke count, but also the thickness varies.

THE RIM
The best carbon rims we have ever built.
A modern inner width of 30mm, super impact-resistant outer shape and an highly sophisticated carbon layup. Thanks to the flat rim profile, these hookless rims generate a ton of grip when combined with modern MTB tires.
We believe, that there is the perfect wheel for every riding style and follow the concept,low weight in the front, high durability in the back. This is why we have developed three versions of the Phase rim: light, base and strong. While the rim profile stays
the same, the wall thickness changes. For example, if you are giving it all on rough endurotracks, we would recommend a Phase base front wheel combined with a Phase strong back wheel.
As with all our NEWMEN carbon rims, we also grant a lifetime 50% crash replacement on the Phase 30 Lineup - even for second or third owners.
THE SPOKES
VONOA or classic steel? With Phase wheels you get to choose.
Yepp, you can get these wheels with VONOA spokes. It doesn´t get much lighter: 2,8g per spoke.
In total, we are able to save 40% weight while being 30% stiffer compared to conventionalspokes. This allows us to build the Phase wheels with only 24 spokes, creating the perfect balance between stiffness and comfort. At the same time, VONOA spokes are just as easy to replace and service as conventional spokes.
As impressive as the VONOA spokes are, of course we have only selected the best steel spokes for our Phase wheels. Using high-end Sapim spokes in different diameters according to the intended use. These are spokes are spokes you can rely on.

Het ruwe materiaal wordt daarom voor de extractie met enorme druk door zeven filters geperst. Allebinnenbanden worden vóór het vulkaniseren in een mal gelegd en opgepompt. Alleen deze procedure waarborgt een gelijkmatige wandsterkte en een langdurige luchtdichtheid.Alle binnenbanden worden opgepompt en zo 24 uur opgeslagen om ze op luchtdichtheid te testen. Daarna wordt iedere binnenband apart zorgvuldig gecontroleerd. De fietsvakhandel weet al vele jaren de Schwalbe binnenband door zijn hoge betrouwbaarheid op waarde te schatten.Door de hoge elasticiteit en kwaliteit kan een binnenband zeer veel bandafmetingen afdekken. Binnenband groep 17 is net zo geschikt voor bandbreedte 28 mm als voor bandbreedte 47 mm. Dat is een groot voordeel voor de bevoorrading in de vakhandel.Alle ventielen zijn vernikkeld en van schroefdraad voorzien. Het ventielinzetstuk is altijd uitwisselbaar. Ook de Schwalbe binnenbanden met het Hollandse fietsventiel zijn op bandenspanning te testen en hebben een hoge drukstabiele ventielafdichting.Elke Schwalbe binnenband is 100% recyclebaar. Wij kunnen het gerecyclede butylrubber bij de productie van nieuwe binnenbanden zonder verlies van kwaliteit inzetten. Wij hebben in onze fabriek een eigen de-vulkanisatiemethode ontwikkeld. Deze methode gebruiken we al succesvol sinds vele jaren.Elke nieuwe Schwalbe standaardbinnenband bestaat voor 20% uit gerecyclede grondstof. In vergelijking tot het winnen en het transport van nieuw butyl, wordt voor recycling van binnenbanden slechts 20% aan energie verbruikt.
