Het ruwe materiaal wordt daarom voor de extractie met enorme druk door zeven filters geperst. Allebinnenbanden worden vóór het vulkaniseren in een mal gelegd en opgepompt. Alleen deze procedure waarborgt een gelijkmatige wandsterkte en een langdurige luchtdichtheid.Alle binnenbanden worden opgepompt en zo 24 uur opgeslagen om ze op luchtdichtheid te testen. Daarna wordt iedere binnenband apart zorgvuldig gecontroleerd. De fietsvakhandel weet al vele jaren de Schwalbe binnenband door zijn hoge betrouwbaarheid op waarde te schatten.Door de hoge elasticiteit en kwaliteit kan een binnenband zeer veel bandafmetingen afdekken. Binnenband groep 17 is net zo geschikt voor bandbreedte 28 mm als voor bandbreedte 47 mm. The revolutionary NEWMEN Streem Aero Tubeless Kit hides the valve completely in the rim and ensures better aerodynamics and a clean look. For pumping and deflating, the valve extension provided is simply screwed on by hand. Thanks to the adapters supplied, the hybrid system can also be used with conventional valves. In the event of a defect, a tube can also be pulled in.

The ACID Pedals C4-ZP Rookie are available in three distinct sizes, to cater for the needs of a range of young riders. The tough kunststof cage, durable boron axle, nylon bushing and attached reflectors are common to each version. For the small pedal, the concave tread is ergonomically suited to children aged around 3 to 5. At this age kids will also be held back by a pedal that's too large, which is why the platform is sized appropriately and features shallower pins.
