The fastest way to work? By bike, of course! Paved cycle paths take me to my destination quickly and stress-free as I cruise past the traffic jams with the breeze on my face. But on the way home it's time to put the hammer down! I take the scenic route through woods and fields to get my heart pumping and work up a sweat for that extra fitness boost. It's great to have a helmet that's as versatile as I am!

    Calculate your size!

Fill in your height and inseam below and click 'Calculate my frame size' to see what size you need. Measure your inseam as follows:

    1. Stand barefoot with your heels against the wall. Place your feet about 15 centimeters apart.
    2. Grab a book and place it between your legs, with the short side of the book against the wall. Press the book upward against your crotch, mimicking the idea of a bicycle seat.
    3. Measure the length from the top of the book to the ground, the distance you measure is your inseam.
