The full carbon fork saves weight and adds extra comfort, even for long days in the saddle. Mechanical disc brakes serve up ample stopping power whatever the weather gets up to, and 1x10 gears have the range to make light work of any route. Frame description Blending the off-road pedigree of our cyclocross bikes with the agility of our road machines and a hint of mountain bike DNA, the Nuroad Rookie's frame is perfectly proportioned for younger riders. We've not skimped on the details, either. Generous clearances mean there's plenty of room for larger-profile tyres, and rack and mudguard mounts open up a host of options for add-on accessories and extended adventures. There's even a full carbon fork, too, which is a more comfortable option than aluminium.
