Een lakstift is een snelle manier om kleine krasjes en steenslag op je fiets te herstellen. Een lakstift wordt niet standaard meegeleverd bij de fiets. Bestel hem apart via het artikelnummer hier rechts aangegeven. Het kan voorkomen dat er (nog) geen lakstift beschikbaar is.

Klantenservice onbereikbaar bij het oplossen van slechte aflevering
Fiets is met lichte beschadigingen geleverd en derailleur waarschijnlijk ontzet tijdens levering of verkeerd afgesteld. Fiets is 2 weken geleden opgehaald voor reparatie / vervanging en vanaf dat moment is geen contact met Cube meer mogelijk geweest. Klantenservice is onbereikbaar en na 2.5 minuut wordt verbinding verbroken. Onduidelijk wanneer fiets weer terugkomt en in welke staat. Contact tot ophalen fiets was goed en verliep vlot, als ik dit had geweten had ik hem wel bij een lokale fietsenmaker laten afstellen.
