geen voorraad, al +8 maanden aan het lijntje gehouden

Al maanden wordt nieuwe voorraad beloofd voor de stuurpen.
onlangs Kwam er een mail in mijn mailbox, dat ze terug voorradig waren, 3uur na ontvangst van de mail heb ik die geopend en op de link geklikt, niks veranderd..
geen voorraad...
Onvoorstelbaar

Niemand weet wanneer....

Apart, wel fietsen verkopen maar onderdelen welke best belangrijk zijn om van je fiets te genieten zijn er niet. Erg jammer nu geen top gevoel over mn nieuwe Cube.
Hoop dat het snel opgelost wordt. Want iets anders past gewoon niet.

Geen voorraad...

Wil deze in maat 80mm, maar is nergens te krijgen..

Al 4 maanden in bestelling

4 maanden geleden bij mijn nieuwe Attain c62 een 80mm stuurpen besteld ter vervanging van de 110mm die voor mij te lang is. Moet nog steeds geleverd worden, komt denk ik voorlopig niet. Slechte reclame voor Cube. Inmiddels fiets ik weer op mijn oude racefiets en gaat de Attain in de verkoop.

This is shown as a new product, yet there are no stems available in any size and this has been the case for some considerable time. I have been patiently waiting for the 100mm stem to arrive in stock. I’m sure many customers like to make small adjustments such as stem length to get the optimum bike fit, yet Cube seem reluctant to stock these stems for their Attain, Agree, Cross Race and Nuroad bikes. There is a lot of negativity on social media on this subject and Cube should be mindful of this if it wants to retain customer loyalty.
