Added protection comes courtesy of the extra coverage at the rear and the CUBE Natural Fit system allows you to adjust the helmet perfectly to your head and set the height of the Fit System – all with one hand. Micro-adjusting the webbing is a cinch with our proprietary Flat Dividers and everything is kept securely in place with the magnetic Fidlock closure. Mount your action camera or head lamp for night rides quickly and securely using the integrated X-Adapter – or flip the X-Lock mount around when not in use for an unobtrusive look. The visor flips up to make space for your goggles and there are plenty of ventilation channels along with the COOLMAX padding to help you keep a cool head when the trail points up.

The ideal year-round training and club bike, we've equipped it with Shimano's legendarily reliable 105 2x12 gears and matching hydraulic disc brakes, for fingertip control and safe riding in all weathers. Continental Grand Prix 32mm tyres on Newmen Advanced C.38 wheels with carbon rims offer loads of grip and a comfortable ride, and the Internal Cable Routing complements the frame's semi-aero profile and clean looks. So that's performance taken care of. On the comfort side, flex stays and a full carbon fork are designed to reduce rider fatigue, even on longer rides or rougher road surfaces – and clearance for tyres up to 34mm translates into plenty of grip and extra cushioning, if needed.
Power and control go hand-in-hand. So, with the Aim SLT, we paired Shimano's wide-ranging, easy-to-use and utterly dependable 1x12 gears – including an XT derailleur – with the tenacious grip of Schwalbe 2.25in tyres – so every little bit of effort you put in propels you forward. To increase comfort and control on even bumpy trails, we fitted an easily adjustable Suntour air-sprung suspension fork with 100mm travel. And, to ensure that you can always slow and stop safely, we added a set of powerful Shimano hydraulic disc brakes. For example, the Internal Cable Routing – which complements the tidy aesthetic – includes cable protection inside the head tube. The 30.9mm-diameter seat tube is ready to accept a remote dropper post. Mounting points at the rear are compatible with our Semi-Integrated Carrier 2.1 and ACID mudguards. A UDH and Boost thru-axle rear end with extra-large chainstay protector is built to be both tough and future-proof. Frame descriptionWe built the Attain's 6061 semi-aero aluminium chassis with both comfort and performance in mind. A teardrop-profile down tube helps the frame slice through the air and Internal Cable Routing reduces clutter, while Smooth Welding gives tube joints a premium, almost organic appearance. The tapered steerer and thru-axles front and rear ensure pinpoint precision accuracy and efficient power transfer. Slender seatstays and a full carbon fork help reduce road shock and vibration for significantly improved rider comfort, and there's room for tyres up to 32mm. And, with a neatly integrated seatpost clamp and mounting points under the top tube, we like to think we've thought of everything... so you can just ride.

So, with the Litening AIR, we worked with pro peloton riders to develop a frame from our premium C:68X® carbon that combines the best of both worlds. At around 799g for a mid-sized frame it's svelte enough to easily build a UCI-compliant 7.1kg bike, but – with details like Full Internal Cable Routing, careful tube profiles and our IC Aero One-Piece Carbon Cockpit – it's still slippery through the air, incredibly good at translating pedalling into forward progress, and comfortable for long days in the saddle. The overall weight saving on a classic road bike is a difference you can clearly feel – and see in your results!
