As with all our NEWMEN carbon rims, we also grant a lifetime 50% crash replacement on the Phase 30 Lineup - even for second or third owners. THE SPOKES VONOA or classic steel? With Phase wheels you get to choose. Yepp, you can get these wheels with VONOA spokes. It doesn´t get much lighter: 2,8g per spoke. In total, we are able to save 40% weight while being 30% stiffer compared to conventionalspokes. This allows us to build the Phase wheels with only 24 spokes, creating the perfect balance between stiffness and comfort. At the same time, VONOA spokes are just as easy to replace and service as conventional spokes. As impressive as the VONOA spokes are, of course we have only selected the best steel spokes for our Phase wheels. Using high-end Sapim spokes in different diameters according to the intended use. These are spokes are spokes you can rely on. THE HUB Reliable, light and silent.Three pawls, a newly designed tooth profile and the large diameter of the freewheel are working perfectly together to give you a smooth and silent ride. More material at the critical points enhances security and durability. We are so convinced of our new FADE hub generation that we have approved all FADE MTB hubs for E-MTB use without exception. The lack of damping delivers an uncomfortable kickback when riding over obstacles seated. So some flex is good, but it must be controlled. And because we want to make biker's lives that little bit easier, we paid attention to the smallest details.
