The raw material is therefore pressed through seven filters under enormous pressure before extraction. Allinner tubes are placed in a mold and inflated before vulcanization. Only this procedure ensures uniform wall thickness and long-lasting airtightness.All inner tubes are inflated and stored for 24 hours to test for airtightness. After that, each inner tube is carefully inspected individually.
