Het ruwe materiaal wordt daarom voor de extractie met enorme druk door zeven filters geperst. Allebinnenbanden worden vóór het vulkaniseren in een mal gelegd en opgepompt. Alleen deze procedure waarborgt een gelijkmatige wandsterkte en een langdurige luchtdichtheid.Alle binnenbanden worden opgepompt en zo 24 uur opgeslagen om ze op luchtdichtheid te testen. Daarna wordt iedere binnenband apart zorgvuldig gecontroleerd. De fietsvakhandel weet al vele jaren de Schwalbe binnenband door zijn hoge betrouwbaarheid op waarde te schatten.Door de hoge elasticiteit en kwaliteit kan een binnenband zeer veel bandafmetingen afdekken. Binnenband groep 17 is net zo geschikt voor bandbreedte 28 mm als voor bandbreedte 47 mm. Dat is een groot voordeel voor de bevoorrading in de vakhandel.Alle ventielen zijn vernikkeld en van schroefdraad voorzien. Het ventielinzetstuk is altijd uitwisselbaar. Ook de Schwalbe binnenbanden met het Hollandse fietsventiel zijn op bandenspanning te testen en hebben een hoge drukstabiele ventielafdichting.Elke Schwalbe binnenband is 100% recyclebaar. Wij kunnen het gerecyclede butylrubber bij de productie van nieuwe binnenbanden zonder verlies van kwaliteit inzetten. Wij hebben in onze fabriek een eigen de-vulkanisatiemethode ontwikkeld.
