Het ruwe materiaal wordt daarom voor de extractie met enorme druk door zeven filters geperst. Allebinnenbanden worden vóór het vulkaniseren in een mal gelegd en opgepompt. Alleen deze procedure waarborgt een gelijkmatige wandsterkte en een langdurige luchtdichtheid.Alle binnenbanden worden opgepompt en zo 24 uur opgeslagen om ze op luchtdichtheid te testen. Daarna wordt iedere binnenband apart zorgvuldig gecontroleerd. De fietsvakhandel weet al vele jaren de Schwalbe binnenband door zijn hoge betrouwbaarheid op waarde te schatten.Door de hoge elasticiteit en kwaliteit kan een binnenband zeer veel bandafmetingen afdekken. Binnenband groep 17 is net zo geschikt voor bandbreedte 28 mm als voor bandbreedte 47 mm. Dat is een groot voordeel voor de bevoorrading in de vakhandel.Alle ventielen zijn vernikkeld en van schroefdraad voorzien. Het ventielinzetstuk is altijd uitwisselbaar. Ook de Schwalbe binnenbanden met het Hollandse fietsventiel zijn op bandenspanning te testen en hebben een hoge drukstabiele ventielafdichting.Elke Schwalbe binnenband is 100% recyclebaar. The ACID Endure grip, developed specifically to cope with the demands of enduro and downhill MTB, is designed to combine both better grip for more control and better cushioning for more comfort. The soft rubber compound used for the grip surface is sculpted into different zones for the best possible performance. The Cushion Zone provides vibration damping, for better comfort. The Traction Zone features a ribbed section for better finger grip, improving control. The Relief Zone is shaped without surface structure, to reduce friction on the thumb. Towards the grips outer end there's a raised bumper, allowing the rider to position their hands safely without looking. The tube of the grip features the GILink interface, which is compatible with accessories such as the ACID HUSK multitool. The grip is mounted with a high quality aluminium clamp at the inner end of the grip.
