Therefore, the raw material is pressed through seven filters under enormous pressure before extraction. Allinner tubes are placed in a mold and inflated before vulcanization. Only this procedure guarantees uniform wall thickness and long-lasting airtightness.All inner tubes are inflated and stored for 24 hours to test their airtightness. Then each inner tube is carefully inspected individually. The bike trade has valued the Schwalbe inner tube for many years due to its high reliability.Thanks to the high elasticity and quality, one inner tube can cover many tire sizes. Inner tube group 17 is equally suitable for a tire width of 28 mm as for 47 mm. This is a great advantage for stock management in the trade.All valves are nickel-plated and threaded. The valve insert is always replaceable.
